Sharon draws upon International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited Coach training, her Career Counseling academic training and work experience, her Human Resources background in recruiting, staffing, leadership development and promotions, and she utilizes a positive, solution-focused framework with her clients which is very successful. Solution-focused work moves the traditional career counselor and client partnership beyond the "career problem and solution distinction" to help you, the client, focus on your life being free of education and employment obstacles or problems.
